Whether your loved one is aging at home, beginning to show signs of memory decline, or facing the need for 24/7 skilled care, this platform was built to help you make informed, compassionate, and confident decisions - every step of the way.

My name is Cathy Lindgren, and I'm a RN with extensive experience in senior care, education, and leadership. I've spent years working in long-term care - including service as a Director of Assisted living and memory care settings - and have had the privilege of supporting families through some of their most challenging moments.

Over time, I saw the same pattern emerge: caring, overwhelmed families unsure where to turn. They had dozens of questions.
